'Till next time
We took the house of the market today and informed CSS that we would not have any more showings. Thank you to all the realtors who showed the home, especially our agent Maureen Green who worked very hard marketing our property. After 67 showings, 4 offers and 1 contract, we are tired and need a break. If we decide to relist in the years to come, we hope you will again consider our home.

2 days until we go off the market
After 60+ showings during the past 4 months, our house is tired. It has been a very exhausting process for our little family, and we are ready to relax for a bit. The economy is in an interesting position, and all four offers fell through due to financing issues (in some form). The Homebuyer Tax Credit expires at the end of April, as does our listing. It's the perfect time for closure.
We will wait two more days, giving time for all these last minute showings. For any potential buyers, you have a little more than 48 hours to get your offer in. Good luck in your house hunt!
